Production

The major fundamental principle at Europe Packaging is to attain a top level of customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure market demands are met, and we are committed to offering the ultimate quality products and services to all customers. This commitment is reflected in every stage of our production process, where precision, efficiency, and consistency are carefully managed. From initial design to final delivery, our integrated manufacturing approach ensures reliable performance, sustainable practices, and repeatable quality standards.

  • Design & Concept Development

The production process starts by analyzing customer needs and product requirements, translating them into a functional and visually impactful packaging concept. Using FEFCO standards and industry design parameters, the design team ensures optimal structure, strength, and on-shelf appeal before production begins.

  • Die Cutting Preparation

After the design is approved, cutting tools and dies are prepared to precisely match the defined box dimensions. These calibrated blades translate the digital design into accurate, repeatable physical production, ensuring consistent structure and strength in high-volume manufacturing.

  • Printing & Lamination

After cutting, the boards are printed using advanced technologies to deliver high-quality graphics and accurate brand colors, including both CMYK and Pantone standards. Additional finishes such as lamination, varnish, or UV coatings enhance durability and visual appeal, turning the corrugated board into impactful, brand-driven packaging.

  • Scoring & Folding Preparation

After printing, the materials are scored to create precise folding lines that allow the boxes to be formed easily without damaging the board. This ensures structural strength, clean assembly, and efficient highvolume production, while giving the packaging its final shape and defined edges.

  • Quality Controls & Final Inspection

Quality control is applied at every stage of production to verify printing accuracy, structural precision, and overall finish. Through systematic preliminary and final inspections, only compliant products move forward, ensuring consistent quality, reduced waste, and reliable performance for the end customer.

  • Packing & Dispatch

After final quality approval, the finished boxes are carefully packed, labeled, and prepared according to customer and logistics requirements. This stage ensures safe handling and efficient distribution, allowing the completed packaging to move seamlessly from the production facility into the supply chain in optimal condition.

Process Control

To ensure consistent quality, color accuracy, and full process control across all recyclable paper solutions, our production is supported by fully integrated, in-house technologies that connect design, pre-print, printing, and quality assurance into a single, digitally managed workflow:

  • In-house digital prepress capabilities for both offset and flexographic printing processes.
  • On-site manufacturing of offset printing plates to ensure speed and quality control.
  • Fully integrated prepress workflow, linking CAD systems with ERP for seamless data exchange.
  • Rapid packaging prototyping, combining virtual 3D models with digitally printed mock-ups.
  • Digitally controlled ink mixing and formulation systems for precise color preparation.
  • In-house laboratory testing for inks and lacquers to verify quality and performance.
  • Customer-specific color proofing carried out on an in-house proofing press, using the original substrate under standardized laboratory conditions.
  • Digital color verification during production to maintain color accuracy and consistency.
